Our Story

Welcome! We are truly excited for you to be visiting us today. Here at Thackerville Community Church (TCC), we believe God’s presence is our primary focus. All of our efforts are to please God and to bring a smile to His face. We believe that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ has redeemed mankind, restoring the means for man to approach God’s presence. His sacrifice gives us the right to boldly come to the throne of God and obtain mercy and find grace in our time of need (Heb. 4:16).

TCC has a very unique story. In July of 2014, Thackerville Community Church of Christ and Victory Chapel merged together. These 2 churches knew their believe system was different but also understood there should be unity in the church body. As the church began to search out her identity and her calling. Our greatest strengths are in Powerful Contemporary Worship, an excellent Children’s Ministry, Powerful Messages, and an incredible Loving Body of Believers.

In 2022 the Church Leadership was established and rolled out with a mixture of Elders and Deacons to guide and direct the church.

For the last 2 years our church has experienced consistent growth, spiritually and numerically. The church use to run 30-40 member, now we are running north of 100 members and growing each week.
